Festival Info

  • If you pre-purchased admission through Eventbrite walk up to the gates and collect tickets in the Eventbrite access lane
  • Shuttles stop running after event closure
  • Lawn chairs are permitted into the festival grounds
  • Ice Chests are NOT permitted
  • For more information during the event, please visit the blue information building inside the festival grounds
  • Lost & Found items can be claimed and dropped off at the blue Information Building inside festival grounds

Shrimporee Parade

Frontier

The Shrimporee parade is a beloved tradition and festival staple that brings excitement and color to the festive atmosphere. It provides an opportunity for local organizations, businesses, and community members to come together and showcase their creativity through vibrant floats and decorated vehicles.

The parade can be seen from Commercial Street in Downtown Aransas Pass. It will start at the intersection of E. Maddox Ave. and Commercial St., and end at the corner of Commercial and Magnolia street. View the parade route below.

Parking & Shuttles

Parking at the the Festival Grounds

  • Parking at the Shrimporee festival grounds during peak festival times is limited. We encourage event attendees to take advantage of the FREE Park & Ride Shuttles sponsored by the Port of Corpus Christi.
  • Parking at the Festival Grounds costs $5 to $7 per vehicle.
  • All proceeds from festival parking lots benefit youth non-profit organizations.

Free Park & Ride Shuttles

Attendees can park at one of our satellite parking lots and take a complimentary shuttle to and from the festival. The shuttles operate continuously during the festival hours, providing convenient and hassle-free transportation for all attendees.
